Located throughout California, the Centers for Applied Competitive Technologies (CACT) are an initiative of the California Community College's Economic and Workforce Development (CCCEWD) program. The CACT @ Riverside Community College is an affiliate site with the mission of advancing the global competitiveness and innovation for advanced technology companies in California, through responsive workforce training and technical consulting services.

RCC CACT & The National Science Foundation
The NSF Close the Gap program links regional high schools serving diverse low-income communities that have model math, science, engineering, and technology programs to RCC.
